Tom Lee, chairman of BitMine and co-founder of Fundstrat, believes Ethereum (ETH) will become the preferred blockchain for both Wall Street and the U.S. government. He anticipates a significant, long-term growth period for ETH, potentially lasting 10 to 15 years.
Speaking at Korea Blockchain Week 2025, he explained that Wall Street prefers blockchains that aren’t biased towards any particular party. He also forecasted that Bitcoin could reach a value of $200,000 to $250,000, while Ethereum might hit $10,000 to $12,000 before the year is out.
According to Lee, Ethereum’s price could potentially surpass its previous records, possibly reaching between $12,000 and $15,000, as reported by PANews on X.

Korea Blockchain Week 2025, a yearly event currently underway in Seoul since September 22nd, focuses on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, tokenizing real-world assets, gaming, and Web3 technologies. It also addresses changes in blockchain regulations and policies. This year’s event has attracted significant participation from investors, government officials, and developers globally.
Lee noted that the U.S. government, including both the White House and Congress, has been showing support for cryptocurrencies during President Trump’s time in office, and they seem particularly interested in Ethereum.
