Ragnarshib recently warned Shiba Inu fans on Twitter that a well-known member of the SHIB community had their social media account hacked.
Ragnarshib has announced that the Vet Kusama account was hacked. He’s advising the SHIB community to avoid interacting with the account until the issue is resolved.
As an analyst, I’ve been informed by Ragnar that the Twitter account @vetkusama has been compromised. It’s currently being used by scammers to send direct messages, likely trying to trick people. I’m advising the Shiba Inu community to avoid any interaction with the account and definitely don’t click on any links it sends until we can confirm it’s been secured.

Vet Kusama’s account has been hacked! Please don’t engage with it right now while he works to get it back. Scammers are sending fake offers through private messages, so be cautious! The account to avoid is @vetkusama until the issue is resolved.

RagnarSHIB cautioned people not to engage with the scam messages, explaining that scammers are sending misleading private messages. He advised everyone to be careful and wait until the issue is resolved.
It’s common for scammers to target the crypto community by hacking social media accounts and pretending to be well-known people. They then use these accounts to try and trick people with phishing scams or other fraudulent offers. Members of the Shiba Inu community should be careful and always double-check information on official channels before responding to any messages or offers from accounts that might have been hacked.
SHIB price action
Cryptocurrencies declined in value Friday morning as investors felt uneasy about the overall market. Concerns increased as bond prices fell globally, and stock markets in Europe dropped while U.S. markets were also expected to open lower.
Investors are already responding to expectations for Friday’s jobs report, which crypto traders are closely monitoring. This report could give clues about whether the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates later in the month.
As of today, SHIB’s price has decreased by 2.28% over the past 24 hours, reaching $0.000005517. It’s also down 5.86% for the week.
After a price increase earlier in the week, some cryptocurrency investors are now selling to secure profits. This follows a pattern where significant investors tend to sell when prices go up.
Over the past 24 hours, crypto markets saw $259 million worth of positions closed, according to CoinGlass. Most of this, around $190 million, came from the liquidation of long positions.
