ETH: Still Fab or Total Flop?! πŸ˜±πŸ“‰

Right, so we’re never ones to shy away from a bit of tough love when it comes to ETH, darling of the crypto world and gateway drug for those traditional investors. But honestly, mainstream adoption needs a bit of a sparkle, a Cinderella story, and let’s just say, ETH is currently more of a grumpy stepsister. πŸ˜’

Apparently, ETH is languishing in 16th place on the CoinDesk 20 YTD performance chart, which is basically the crypto equivalent of being last to the party. Down 53%! A year back, it was equally tragic. And the market cap? Dwindling faster than my willpower near a chocolate cake. It’s even being whispered that it might get capped with XRP. Oh, the indignity! πŸ™Š

Now, these ETH woes are hardly a secret, are they? But for us, the index and product builders, the ‘5%-ers’ (whatever *that* means), it begs the question: is ETH still, you know, *special*?
