From July 3 to July 16, the company purchased the additional Bitcoin at an aggregate cost of $25 million, representing an average purchase price of approximately $118,974 per Bitcoin.

The case is based on the 2021 implosion of Archegos, a family office run by Bill Hwang that lost it all after margin calls on loans to purchase major shareholdings in ViacomCBS and other shares.
